I guess that is the beauty of this industry, you can go so many ways about it and reach the same goal of 1 Million no matter which path you take.

He didn't see any red flags.Part of your walk through inspection will include looking for water damage from burst pipes or signs of backed up sinks/toilets.

While they are not my favorite for mortgages (they are so big their is tons of red tape), they are probably the to understand and help in your situation.
