My name is Robert Hartley & I'm a new member to the BP community & this beautiful ecosystem.I'm originally from the beautiful ever green state of Washington, but moved to Toyko at the end of September to work as a Business Analyst to raise some capital & to prepare for when I return to the states.How I ended up in BPTo lay it out simple, I've always been very curious about how real estate investing works, but never took it too seriously as I didn't take any initiative to start doing my own research until 3 weeks ago. 

Then in 2015 married when I was 53 to a young, beautiful and smart woman.

Its very sad, because my passion is rehab, I love love love love love to fix up old junkers and turn them into beautiful simple sweet little living spaces for deserving people. 

I am really dying to quit my job and start investing in real estate knowing the potentials and desiring a more quality life with wife and 2 beautiful kids.

If everyone, investor, QI, CPA, Attorney are all on the same page the transaction can really come together beautifully, even if there is a last second pivot.

I close in 5 days on a 1927 beauty in Toledo, Ohio. 

Rent will be $1,100, $150 app fee, standard 3x income and checks (for reference, most rentals in my town are horribly run down and owned by slumlords and around $600-700 - this is part of my vision...changing the norm to modern and more beautiful, but stricter requirements)So I had a local bank call yesterday.
