If you do a lot of spending, 2% unlimited on everything usually beats out 5% limited on very select rotating categories that some other cards offer (often by a long shot too).Of course, to benefit from cards like these that offer cash back and other perks, you can't carry a balance or it completely defeats the purpose.

They deposited one shot of $9500 to my account yesterday ($2200 x 4, and $700 pet fee for 2 pets) so I guess they do have enough in savings.

At least this minimizes your monthly costs so you have a shot at covering your monthly expenses.

When I first read this, I rolled my eyes and did the proverbial waste basket shot with it.It's essentially an advertising piece for the firm that wrote the software.

But the market is very different now so I'd say give it a shot and if it's not working have another conventional pre approval you can fall back on.I bought my 3rd house hack in May 2022 using an FHA loan.
