I recently (like 3 days ago) traveled to Joel Salatin's farm in the shenendoah mountains of Virginia and discovered something amazing.

It's amazing how many people jumped out of their seats to pay for it.

I was amazed and enthralled at how open other people in this industry are to chat and share info and I want to extend my thanks to you because the common thread of everyone I've meet is this site.

It's amazing people will break in and commit a felony, for maybe 100 bucks, they will get for the garage door operator.

It is always amazing how bare The house looks when we take the stuff out at the end.

Pre approval for home loans through USAA is amazingly fast.  

I had an inspection done before purchase and the home inspector was amazed at the condition of the home (for a foreclosure) and the price I bought it for, so it's in great shape (structurally and mechanically).It needed some freshening up inside (paint, carpet, bathrooms etc) but it was decently livable and I was happy with the deal (knowing the potential for my future plans). 

The schools seem to be really great, an amazing community to raise your family, and still pretty affordable  homes.Thoughts?

At the same time and to this day Chinese folks with money continue to get their money they make out of china and hence invest in real estate in Vancouver mainly due to instability in their own country and most don't care if their investment appreciates as long as its holds it values.Long story short even if china crashes prices will do nothing in Vancouver but remain stable or maybe fluctuate no more than 5% even if their is more inventory than buyers.Vancouver is an amazing place to live and the more the world knows this the more the prices will rise.This is why our investors and I continue to make great residual income through buy, renovate or build new and sell in Vancouver and will continue to do so for some time.
