I advise that new folks simply stay away from distressed foreclosure matters after notice of foreclosure has been made unless you are actually the buyer, in other words, wholesalers stay away, in short.You need to follow your attorney's advice!!!!

Goodman wrote another e-mail and changed their mind:I have consulted with the warranty department and was advised that the multifamily residential properties do receive a 10 yr warranty however a qualifying lifetime compressor warranty will only apply to the single family owner occupied residential installations.
