Has anyone ever acquired a property on eBay before?

I own two rental homes in Arkansas, and my goal is to is to flip or houses to acquire capital to grow my rental portfolio.

That being said for the size of house your talking about it seems high.As a contractor, when i see stucco that has enough damage that needs sand blasted off i would suspect additional problems.

Have you written letters to them requesting additional pest control?  

They typically cut the grass and maintain the lawn so the property does not acquire additional liens.

If you currently have a forced air furnace in the duplex, an a/c unit may not be too expensive, and probably won't require any additional duct work, assuming the furnace is relatively new and a compatible a/c unit is available.
