What I'm leading to is that if they're removable, can HOA accept that they'll be removed once you physically move if they're not a permanent fixture?

@Jose Valdez I accept personal checks which can sometimes lead to later payments than the 1st or the 5th.

And how do you go by picking the out of state contractor and ensuring that the work that is being claimed as completed is indeed completed and to an acceptable quality. 

My question - if I put in offers on say 5 of them at the same time, but honestly I only want to procure 3 (based on my financial feasibility), and if all 5 offers are accepted, how do I get out of the other 2 (before spending on inspection to back out)???

Any thoughts on having an architect submitting plans after an accepted offer and clear to close to maybe shave off a month?
