There are a lot of posts here on BP with people saying that flipping in Las Vegas has become very slow and that it is more of a buy and hold market. 

@Mark SwovelandI think you have an opportunity to accelerate your real estate portfolio here.You can take the package, and then find another financial services job (they're always hiring as well) and have a double salary. 

Since according to Cozy.co their ACH payer batch pays their ACH's @ 2pm Pacific Time.Overall, the service is slow, I had read in another forum about similar complaints and how Cozy was claiming to be working on speeding up this process, however, it does not appear to have gotten any faster, or if this is the faster version, it's not very timely.This is from their website;Payments typically take 4-6 business days to reach the receiving account.

On a side note..I'm heading to San Antonio for the Texas Expo so I may be a bit slow responding as they are still loading the animals 2 x 2 on the ark.....YIKES!

I am in your shoes as far as finances and I am starting slow as well.

Things are finally slowing down and I have some room to breath.

I think you have the right idea but like everyone said take it slow.

I am trying to take it slow but also gain as much knowledge as I can in a short amount of time.
