This is where willpower comes in and get worse going from Financial independence to Financial Freedom because you COULD quit if you wanted to… (since then I have also found https://www.mrmoneymustache.com/2013/02/22/getting-rich-from-zero-to-hero-in-one-blog-post/which seems to be along the same lines, but your mileage may vary)When you start having a net worth, you’ll need to start making money from investments as it’s impossible to retire from a salary alone.

I actually won't look further than 4 miles from my house as MPLS is such a rental rich area with a lot of opportunity.
