Certainly don't do it in a coffee shop or some other public place! 

He has substantially more monthly cash flow due to being a business owner and therefor is moving faster.My wife and I have decided to "GO FOR IT" and start with shopping for a property with a goal of 5 total, producing a retirement income of $5000 a month once paid for.  

Re bravery: I'm shopping for my second buy and hold property.

Overall, I know that it is unreasonable for a management company to spend a lot of time shopping for every repair, but to single bid a major CapEx seems to not reasonable.Just wondering what everyone's else experiences with similar situations is.  

My score is 640ish because I have multiple loans on multiple properties never late, several hard inquiries, because new rules on commercial loans require banks to pull your credit every year and I use several different small banks because I shop thier terms and price and have hit thier lending limits per customer on a couple.  

I shopped around for a while and fairway mortgage matched the rate.

We never made a single deal, since all we wanted to do mainly was retail shopping centers and large scale multi-family.

They own a shopping center that they built probably 6 years ago.

That's an unmitigated violation of privacy.I could go off on a rant here about how even people who sell firearms aren't allowed to ask that question and there's no way to check for the ticking time bombs that are the movie theater, shopping mall, school, you-name-it shooters.
