Hello San Diego Investors, I have a trip planned to visit the beautiful city of San Diego this weekend and wanted to see if anyone would like to learn more about the Austin, Texas market. 

@Matt Mainini I was just referred to a really good CPA out of San Jose.

I feel, the game is not over in those areas until the big time developers from NYC, San Francisco and Miami start to settle there.

I applied for hard money with wildcat lending and have been working with prime lending in San Antonio for the refinance after.  

A lot of investors are going to San Antonio as well.

I currently live in San Antonio, but just finished my first year of College up in Utah.
