@Jeremy Hall there should be a setting on Zillow or other real estate platforms that allow you to view recently leased comparables.

I’ve had so many contact me from out of state about it, be in this platform or others.

We already encourage renters to buy trip insurance, but have not steered them toward any particular policy in the airbnb platform.

@Regina Sloan the platform Propstream is one of the best tools to find off-market deals that meet your criteria.

Real estate investment has been talking everywhere, including social media platforms.

I'm now finally going to 'Take Action'. A friend told me about Prostream.com that is a monthly subscription to get lists of preforeclosure, ect ect. Does anyone use this and what are your opinions on it? Thanks.

Can some of you share how you got on your first platform that someone else created and any tips for someone just getting started or just getting comfortable with the idea of sharing what they have learned about investing the last half-dozen years? 

The one that I have used is Apartments.com and overall it is fine, but I have heard of better platforms.

It would be nice if there was a platform or website that has cap rate information regarding the geographical area.
