But the problem is that the current HOA has no legal representation currently no board, no valid address etc. now another investor came in and bought about 70% of the units and they plan on trying to get the HOA up and running at the annual meeting in February.

Your current lists in excel spread sheets could be imported as (to) tables, then you could use Quarries to funnel only the data that meets the particular criteria you are focused on.

This was my first meeting with someone as an investor and would just like some comments on what I could have done better or what other experienced investors may have done differently.
