It's not considered a big lot in Texas. . . . just in central Austin, where builders are now tearing down homes on lots like this and building 2 or 3 "tall, skinny townhomes."

Hey Justin, I agree to pay someone to have it done right, but go to a title company they will charge you hundreds less than an attorney, and they do these more frequently than attorneys so they are even better, they can do them in their sleep.
