Turnkey companies recommendations

Hi fellow BP members!  Happy New Year!

I am checking to see if anyone can recommend me with some excellent turnkey companies and what your experience is/was like please.  Because I am out of state, I feel that this is the best approach for me to get into real estate investing.  I'm looking more at class B and C neighborhoods because frankly I can't afford to get into class A neighborhoods.   As for markets, I'm possibly looking in the Midwestern states such as Indiana.

If you don't feel like posting and would rather PM me, I'm fine with that too.
