Hello BP family, I own a small commercial stand alone building and have been approached by Edward Jones to build out and lease the property. 

Currently an investor must own all of the outstanding tax liens since the first auction, and it must be four years since the first auction, before it can foreclose the liens to obtain the property. 

Purchase price: $635,000 Cash invested: $10,000 In the process of closing.

I've been curious how it compares to other 'pro' tools, I'm not an advisor just a personal finance nerd.
