I am an investor down in Centra Florida and am currently exploring land development for Multi-family.

I paid $700 over the summer in Santa Rosa and it was higher since they also had to provide rental income data. 

Data, like vetting properties and running them through calculators or analyzing markets.3.

I have adjusted data to pull older comps  and expanded the radius to include more data.  

What sort of real estate are you looking to explore?

I also provide them with a folder with the agreement of sale (at least the page with the sales price) and copies of comparable sales with key data points highlighted such as price, date sold, sqft, etc.

I'm just exploring what possibilities might exist at this point.  

We were just trying to explore all options.
