Hello BP community,I’m looking into buy & hold properties in the Dallas Ft.

Then we realized we are about to have 2 of our kids and a grandkid living in and near Dallas.

HI BP Family,I am new to TX area, recently purchased a property in the south of Dallas, TX, and the property needs foundation work and some repair.

Anyone a realtor or knows any good realtors that specialize with the STR market for Dallas, TX?

I'm a Navy Vet myself and work for a mortgage broker up in Dallas, but I have contacts statewide if you need any referrals.

You get paid less here for the same skill set as you would living in Dallas or Houston because of this competition.

We're considering to buy a Cabin in Broken Bow, OK about 3hrs from Dallas but i’m a bit concerned that we won't be there if something bad happens, how to find a cleaners, handyman etc., i dont want to pay 30-35% to PM.
