I just had a structural engineer and a professional builder come out and the general advice is to tear down the structure due to major foundation issues that will be costly to address.I am now considering replacing the structure with a pre-fabricated SFH due to financial restraints.

@Johnny Situ I have applied for access to the Bridge API (Zillow Group).I'll report back here on my experience with it after I get approval (pending, but direct communication with them says I will get approval to use the api soon).

Besides, the point is not to hold on to the property but to add value and flip or BRRRR so it wouldn't be an issue.

The home seller isn't telling us anything) Depending on the demand of the area as well , also to repair the issue that mentioned above is not that problematic , if neighborhood value is 2 mil you sell 1.7 I would buy in above condition
