@Chris Mason Do you know where if anywhere the loan limit is printed stating the single family limit is used for multi units, or is that from experience trying to fund a multi unit with the VA loan.

Chris - I've been informed that any transfer out of our "names" will be classified as a transfer and trigger the taxable event: Land Trust or LLC.

On a second note i do plan on taking them to court for breaking the lease and for the "Stop Payment" they put on the money order for November's rent.Thanks for your advise in advance,Chris

Chris Martin - do you physically have to have somebody visit the courthouse in your area, or can you visit those specific public records online?
