Property managers are not hard to find, I would put an ad out as well as contact local property management companies and compare rates.

You can also contact local wholesalers and join their buyer's list for off market properties that would be ideal for a buy and hold investor like yourself.

I ended up analyzing 32 properties mostly in Humboldt Park where the search results seemed most prominent and I eventually contacted a realtor.

I have been in contact with an investor's club in nearby Riverside for quite some time, but I still haven't yet decided if I should join their group or not.
