Drew Ramasco Qualifying a tenant based on disability income?

I've had a few interested parties but nobody who actually put in an application yet.The only couple who's ready to put an app in is an older couple and their only source of income is the husband's disability payments.I'm not familiar with disability, but the only proof they can provide me is some old, wrinkly piece of paper that describes the benefits.

We’ve been doing our research online and apps trying to price things out, but the quotes that we received from 2 contractors are already twice as expensive as our estimate.I’m seeking recommendations on reasonable contractors in Vallejo, CA, or any advice on dealing with contractors would be greatly appreciated.Additionally, any advice on keeping down costs on rehab/reno in general is also welcomed.Thank you!

You will rarely get a call and when you do they are generally things that can be solved with a quick phone call.Saves a lot of $$ plus you will start to learn the ins and outs of managing properties, picking tenants and so on.If you don't want to pick a tenant yourself for any reason you can just hire a realtor but I would suggest learning how to do it yourself.Naborly is a credit check and rental application app I use. 100% free of charge also.
