Could a showing be cancelled because of a sick baby or some other “emergency”?

There is pent up demand in the housing market across the country as two generations look for the same size property: some of the Baby Boomers are downsizing and some of the Millennial generation, who are looking towards family formation. 

As a college student, I can tell you the most important aspects when I was looking for a house were walkability to campus and High Street, not that close to Weinland Park (not the best for safety), PARKING (my landlord repaved our parking spots and added two more in our alley which was absolutely huge for sharing a house with 5 other girls), and rent of course which will range anywhere from $500-$900/month with some outliers and based on location.

All you need to do is grab hold of the resources and jump in :)Which is easier said than done but remember baby steps.
