I have not searched for pre-approval yet as having no income will be a major red flag for loan approval and that is why I am posting here to see if anyone has recommendations. 

I would recommend getting 300k or 500k liability as I do on all of my short-term rentals as well as long-term.Give a call to Diana Cazeau from American Insurance Leaders. 

Also if a contractor tries to talk you out of getting a permit and says you don’t need one, that’s also a red flag.

The second round was the CARES Act, which set aside $50 billion for tenant rents and the American Recovery Plan set aside $50 billion for housing assistance, including $27.4 billion directly meant for landlords/rent assistance.

My primary insurance agent recommended American Modern. 

The whole thing is a scam based on false pretext....gaslighting the american people.

Wanted to see if anyone had any red flags around options, or felt like one option was often considered "most desirable" so I should try to make it happen.

Only orange flag is deferred maintenance.
