Sounds like you've set yourself a fast pace for learning, but don't be shy about slowing down to really piece through things now and then.

Am familiar with the 2 year rule and that it is not hard-and-fast between lenders or types of loans etc.

He pointed out ridiculous things like a small crack in the sidewalk, a hole no bigger than a pea in the siding,  the screen door closed with too fast, said the garage door opener came down with too much force and it should be replaced ( I tested it and it was fine), and on and on and on.

Hello all,I'm a 24 year old investor in the Charlotte market, moved down here from NYC last summer to stay with family and have really embraced this fast growing city.Want to start out by saying thanks to everyone on here, I've gained so much knowledge over the past few months from bigger pockets and was able to purchase my first property in Charlotte (with the help of an investor) .
