I am a new investor currently deployed but expected to return in the near future, however there are a few things holding me back from jumping right into the mix of investing and I was wondering what some of yall did as your first step!     

I am about to finish my first BRRR deal (actually got the appraisal done today) .

I was wondering if anyone can help with leads on banks that will finance between $50-75,000 for a mortgage?

Part of my background and education is in IT so I am wondering if that will come easier to me.

I’m wondering if there are any local meetups or RE events in Pasadena?

I was wondering if anyone more experienced could confirm my understanding of the legalese:"After the issuance of a tax deed, real property may be redeemed only by the record owner or owners, or party in interest, up to the time the county commissioners have entered into a contract of sale or the property has been transferred by county deed." https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat...3) I.R.S. liens - I haven't figured out how to look these up yet, but it is my understanding that IF there is an IRS lien on the property, it would be valid for 120 days.3a) Does that 120 days start when it is purchased at auction or did it already start a few months ago when the county foreclosure process went through and the deed was transferred to the county (presumably from when the deed was recorded then?)?

Wondering what to do after that?

Just wondered if anyone else had run into this issue and if so how it was handled. 

I just finished listening to show 71 and have already learned a ton about REI.

The house is a fully remodeled 5 bed, 2 bath at 72nd and Pecos in Adams County so I’m wondering if anyone here has experience with Airbnb in this area of Denver, what you are grossing monthly on average and if there are any Adams County rules that restrict Airbnb of non-primary residences (like city of Denver does).
