Advice on Financing Mortgage Under $50,000
We are looking to purchase our first investment property to get the ball rolling and are leaning towards 2-4 unit Multi out of state as we are in Ca. I have seen quite a bit in the Midwest that we can get in to. I hear that the banks do not like to finance mortgages under $100,000. I was wondering if anyone can help with leads on banks that will finance between $50-75,000 for a mortgage?
