It was very outdated so we are giving it a facelift and will be looking for a way to rent it out.We’ve considered retreats, STR, independent living, section 8, etc. what other options are out there that we aren’t thinking of?

If there are no HOA restrictions, definitely highlight this too,  it will offer additional brownie points for your listing.

Your muscles will be sore every day, you will see people doing much better than you, and you will constantly fail.

This will keep things cleaner for bookkeeping and for when tax time comes around.

With the upcoming election approaching us soon, I am curious about what others are thinking on what will happen to the real estate world.

Hello Stanley, Congratulations on your purchase, will you be selling this property or turning it into a Rental Property. 

It doesn't perform well; your neighbor is a nightmare, they put more regulations, you get tired of running it etc.It may not be your first choice, but it will be a smarter investment overall, especially for newer STR investors.
