I am truly dizzied by the various service/software providers and the more I read the more I find another software solution.So far the most widely talked about are, Freedomsoft, Realeflow, Investorfuse, Podio and a couple of others who are not that popular.

I would always suggest talking to an independent agent who represents a wide array of insurance companies.  

Of course it depends on your objectives, there are some C/D neighborhoods in Roanoke that wouldn't work for me, but they work for some people.Salem really doesn't have anything I would consider Class D, and their school system is widely regarded as the best in the Roanoke valley.  

I'm looking for people with experience in their selected field and I am definitely willing to buy you lunch or coffee or anything really.

I would stay away from an 18" wide dishwasher. 

Ask yourself this; does the news of state wide rent increase cap of 7% + CPI make you more or less attracted to invest in rental property in Oregon?
