I would suggest the bundle packages at the big box stores that will give you the best deal, also you can put it on our card and not pay interest for 12 months!

We could have gone through more, but the liquor stores closed at 2am. 

For the others, get shelf liner at a big box store (Target, Walmart, etc) or dollar store.

Plus, some owners are using the pandemic to remodel stores, install flat-screen TVs, and add free Wi-Fi in stores.

There was a 100,000sf 3 building office complex foreclosure for sale for like $5m in my town in a really decent spot next to the grocery store.

The goal is to use the equity to renovate the store front since FHA funds can’t be used for this aspect of the deal.

I framed in an additional shower, replaced 4000 square feet of flooring with LVP to hold up to rigors of STR, removed 50 gallon electric water heater and replaced with a 75 gallon LP unit, completely renovated both sets of stairs, added additional railings to bring up to code, new trim throughout the house, added automation with thermostats and locks, and also furnished it via secondhand stores with some new items. 

(unless I have more surprises in store later this year and eats up my cashflow further).Hope people are taking notes from my real world lessons with Dollar to Dollar accountability!!!
