Wonder if owning the undeveloped lot gives you full voting rights in the association?

If using a property manager, is it appropriate to have a property manager install cameras (or other security systems) on your behalf or is it recommended to work directly with tenants?

The key is to have as much in place as possible to get your systems down.

It is well documented there is a ton of money in the system so having solid real assets is a great hedge on the inflation here/coming.

I do have to recommission the septic system for about $1K and will cut that some by redoing the spray lines myself.

I gave my tenant instructions to download the sprinkler system app and to adjust the watering.

However, I believe there are things we could do better by improving our systems. 

And be aware: if somebody offers you off market deals, those are not off market anymore 😉 also, make sure you delve in the Dutch system.

For example, an extra egress or a sprinkler system.
