Welll... i just recently recieved a nice chunk of change(50,000) from a bad auto-mobile accident i got in a few years ago... i just turned 20.. i've got a good job... and have been planning on investing my money in real estate ever since i thought i might be getting some...I'm thinking about maybe flipping some property...but I'm just trying to figure out a safe way to jump into this.....

Systematizing is great, but don't be too quick to put them in place.I tell people the same thing when they begin using bandit signs, don't have the first few rounds of calls go to a call center to auto message taking.

This isn't like auto or homeowners where, after a deductible, the insurance covers costs to get you back to where you were before the incident.So, yeah, I'd stay away if there were other alternatives.
