I was worried about the side by side view.

I too had a more optimistic view on this even just 1 week ago, but after listening to medical doctors including my wife, this virus is unlike any we have ever seen in our lifetime.

I am cancelling all showings but I am going to go over there once to video and create a virtual tour as well as create a plan view type layout of the house to give folks a better idea of what it looks like in addition to the images already on Zillow of the empty house.Form of nonrenewal was officially handed to her when I put the sign in the yard a week ago.

equity means the house is worth more than what you owe. if u buy a house valued at $100k for $100k with $0 down-payment you have $0 equity.

That sucks but honestly I'd view this as a blessing and you have a great sense of humor about it too ha I LOL'd on that last sentence!
