Those who only want deals in BA, Jenks, Bixby, Owasso, or South of 51st street in Tulsa, aren't going to find as many, and the ones that do become available in those areas don't last, or the homeowners think their property is worth retail.I see it as most wholesalers quit before they ever succeed, or really learn the business, due to the pipe dream that it's something you can get rich doing with zero money.

@Aaron Jones one thing I've found useful is to use the Trulias crime map along with taking a virtual tour using google maps street view. using both will usually give you a great idea if its a area you would want to invest in. best of luck on your search!

I am a software engineer working in wall street and living in Queens.

He's a terrible landlord from a profit-making perspective, yet super good at taking care of things since he lives across the street.
