I am in the very beginning stages of my RE investment journey.

I think some seasoned investors can probably become desensitized to the challenges involved for newb investors because they've already progressed past that stage.

Monica, I assume your using direct marketing to target homeowners in preforclosure, or in the beginning stages of the forclosure process for these deals correct?

When you are an old pro you may be able to screen on the phone but at this stage face to face is best.

I wish I would have been at this stage a year or two ago, but what are you going to do?
