A friend of mine showed me this website and I've been obsessively listening to the podcasts and lurking the forum for a couple weeks now.I'm from the west in the US, mainly Phoenix and Las Vegas, but have lived in a suburb of Madison, WI for the last 6 years.My wife and I have no debt, good credit, a little wiggle room each month, a few thousand cash, a few more thousand open credit cards, and a will to learn with a drive to succeed.I'm planning on attending the August 8th meeting at the Madison REIA and have reached out to a Real Estate agent and Lender in my area in an attempt to start building a network in this community.I'm a veteran of the 82nd airborne with a strong work ethic, and I played poker full-time in Las Vegas for a few years.

Then do yellow letters and post cards to get them closer.

What other loans do you have (i.e. credit card, vehicle, consumer loans, personal loans, student loans, etc.)?

You pay $196 for the first month (this is our minimum financial commitment) and you are conveniently billed every 28 days to the card you keep on file.

Not even on a business card.

For those who do not know, you create an LLC and get EIN at IRS, the register the LLC with your secretary of state, listing the officers, registering agent (often your attorney) and you upload the operating agreement.  

Yes I do have to use the correct card when making purchases, and sometimes have to do separate transactions.

I'm new enough I don't even have a business card so I imagine I left with not many people getting my contact info.Its good to hear that they at least exist, and I imagine any good neighborhood turnkey in our area is going to be pricey.  

My credit card was charged on 4/27/16.
