While unfortunate for the homeowner or seller, buyers and investors can benefit tremendously by connecting with local builders or contractors who are “in the know” of these kinds of situations.Property investors looking to flip and rent/sell will especially want to look out for these opportunities as some of the flipping work might already be completed.

The stock itself may or may not be scarce though, and to take it a step further, typically scarce stocks are scarce because they are overvalued stocks and have tremendous short interest driving up the borrow costs.

Regardless of how far off you may or may not be to market rent, establishing good communication in a respectful way will help tremendously. 

I have not used his services, but should I have the current issue escalate, I intend to hire him to proceed with collection and/or eviction.
