I travel to New York and Los Angeles for capital raising but happy to look at local partnerships.

Looking around Saint Lukes, KU Medical Center, and The University of Missouri to rent mostly to travel nurses/ professionals. 

I am getting started in the midterm rental scene and wanted to gauge experience where anyone has started in setting up midterm rentals.

I used a out of network realtor and had a good experience and success.We have had great success at ocean lakes and love the atmosphere it has, water parks, ocean etc sounds like you have already started researching it's qualities.

Anyone have experience turning a duplex into 2 half plexes?

Hi- Does anyone here have any experience in buying a project based Section 8 building, we are in middle of some negotiations.
