I tend to learn most from mistakes.I ventured outside my normal bread and butter lane a couple years ago and found myself stuck as wellI was bored with vanilla boxes people sleep in so tackled a large daycare with the intent to make it a sober living home.I bought it 12/31/19 and worked on the transition until Feb 2020.
