Hello All,

I am buying two duplex's in Milwaukee one on Burleigh St and one on Wright St. My current property manager was decided to stop managing in the 53206 area code...Looking for any recommendations for PM's who operate in this area. Both Properties are in great condition.

@David Venancio - I agree with what Jorge said - I do work with Prestige PM and Sonya's great to work with. She manages 4 units for me right now. Response is good, rates are fair, and does a good job keeping me in the loop. I self managed until I moved out of Milwaukee (in Jax, FL now) but she made it a smooth transition. Feel free to contact me with questions.
