Can anyone provide recommendations on searchable public records data providers that cater to individual investors? 

If I am transferring 2 properties from a co-owned LLC to a personally owned S-corp, do I have to pay any taxes on that transfer?

As for the bank accounts, I'm yet to decide if I need to create a separate bank account for each series, and I'm leaning towards doing so because it will provide separate asset protection.From a tax planning standpoint, I'm still researching the best set-up, but it appears that separate EIN for each series is the way to go for liability protection as well. 

I have been told to use Baselane so that they can ACH transfer for free, and that baselane also gives me 4.5% APR for my money saved there (i.e. security deposits, etc.)However, I don't like Baselane's withdrawal limits, and also how long it would take for baselane to transfer money to my primary checking accounts, at JP Morgan.

Have you had any success in just providing a lock box code?
