For commercial properties, former dry cleaners can be very problematic. has property always been connected to public sewer or did it use septic system that can discharge pollutants into groundwater. 

I don't use a dishwasher, so my drying rack goes in the second sink rather than the countertop. 

With some uncertainty in the economy ahead, I like the idea of sitting on extra dry powder right now. 

That's the goal.I'm extremely interested in learning rehab - all aspects - from framing to dry wall to electrical to plumbing, flooring, cabinetry etc.

The granite counter had no lip and tenants dried their dishes on counter that dripped down cabinet front that is in front of sink so it needs some refinishing.
