I have an LLC in place, a little cash saved up, and a HELOC in progress.

My husband and I are owners in several investment properties, both as individuals (under a LLC, of course!)

Wait till they try to sell one house from under the blanket or their lines freeze or LLC commercial loan is called when the tide goes out.  

I suggested to him that he transfer the property to a llc/Corp, where various family members are officers of the company.

If so do you have to have an LLC in the state where the syndicator resides.3.

Some are in my name, some are in the company name so that might help but I am a 1 person LLC, a disregarded entity, so, yes, I need to talk to a CPA.  

Two Part Questions:1) For those using rewards credit cards(business card) in the name of their LLC, have you opened them up for each LLC, or have you opened just one for a parent(management) LLC ?

Would it be advantageous to bring these 5 LLCs under a holding LLC?
