@Stanley HatariaJust to clarify my last post, if the property on Dequincy is in the 2 block area between 40th and 42nd, it would probably support an $85K price, but not anywhere else.

I wanted to thank the BP community for helping me realize my calling and all the support this community brings. 

A "companion" or "emotional support" dog is NOT covered under the ADA but I would still consult with a local attorney because state or local laws may cover such a pet.  

Chances are you won't have a lot of people in your corner supporting your idea so be strategic in who you ask for advice.So my "lifestyle design" in a nutshell- I started my own company that I work on whenever I want.

I'm hoping the support here will help me take that step.

I do not keep a vacancy fund because I have minimal leverage, again because I am putting income back in so I can afford that, though most people's investment model would not support this.

I'm also building my team to support this investing endeavor.
