Have you ever done rehab work before and understand the costs, any potential permits, etc.While you might save money doing it yourself, please calculate in the holding costs while working on the property that you might save by having it done by a professional as they do it better quality and faster!

Several weeks later after the guy paid me and moved in I drove by my old place and noticed an old Lincoln Continental in the drive with a personalized plate that said "freakshow" and A guy got out of the car who looked like a professional wrestler with long hair and tattoos, pretty intimidating....this was my new renter.
