@Russell Brazil  yup you guys have it tough with reports having to be hand done at the courthouse.out our way each title and escrow company has their own title plant that's all digital. and most have moved off shore to the Philippines or other places.. so while we sleep they are working up title commitments. so we don't have any abstractors out this way.. if someone has to go to the court house its very rare.

For example, if a home buyer missed a single payment 15 years into a 20-year contract for deed, the seller could cancel the contract and retain the title and all the previous payments, while the buyer would suffer a substantial loss.

For me the business has doubled every year for the first five years, but the first year you are just planting seeds. 

My first plan of action was to ask the power company and water company to turn off the power,  but my PM's local Philadelphia attorney advised against that stating the this squatter would likely sue for pain and suffering.  

There are actually a lot of functional people who suffer from hallucinations.

I have been working in chemical plants (project scheduler / "excel guy") for a few years but the uncertainty and constant relocating can be draining. 

I'm excited about a few more than the others and hope to plant my flag in 2-3 of them within the next couple years.
