You need to quantify the amount of immediate physical work the properties need. 

Every property in the world is in close proximity to something that will kill us.

So I have been a Physical therapist for over 5 years and I don’t have the same passion and drive for it as I used to.

I’m hoping that the forums and other resources on here can help me do just that, as I know networking in the Orlando area will likely be more of a challenge while we’re physically up in MA.

I came in with a new face and the ability to bring life back into a failing business through management changes, and physical labor of actually being the guy in the shop doing the work that was requested by the customers.

Am I even able to do this since VA is strict on proximity to second home?

I am not sure what state you are in, but you should not need a physical copy of the deed.

First, my insurance doesn’t cover “physical work”.
