This is done through emailing and phoning the State Legislative Representatives.  

I am curious... did Chris Chico's System tell you what to SAY when you talk to them on the phone, or face to face??

I talked to them on the phone and still am not entirely sure, I am new to real estate and wanted to check with some reliable experts. 

She is responsible for finding a roommate she wants and then I put that person through my normal application/screening/background process before they sign a 12 month lease.

@Robert Cummings, I've recently switched over to Buildium to manage all of my books for my rental properties (as well as the screening/management/rent collection etc).

I am building business credit and I got a phone call from a rep from D&B telling me that I need to pay $499 to finish my profile with them..I already have a D&B #, so why do I have to pay to complete a profile?

I typed that post on my iPad, and just snapped that photo of him real quick instead of going to the other room to get my phone (which would have taken a bit of work as I'm still on crutches).As it turns out, another foster has stepped up to take him off of our hands.
