Hi Everyone- I'm currently a college student and I'm wanting to get started in real-estate.

And my daughters came back to live with me after finish college, they have to pay me rent, have a lease, but lender don't accept it like income. 

For any realtors out there I wanted your perspective on obtaining my real estate license while I am in college so once I graduate I could potentially get right into working with a brokerage.I feel like this is something that I could bring to the table in terms of my goals for after I graduate.

With a major hospital downtown and 30+ colleges in the surrounding cities, the growth has been insane for those that have been in this market for the past few years. 

I am a college student in the beginning stages of my real estate journey.

Being the Capital of Michigan, there's tons of government jobs, two major hospitals, a community college, a law school and it's not far from Michigan State University.

@Jordan Graham gave you some very good places to look into, I personally like the La Mesa / College Area and Barrio Logan for investment purposes.
