Most of the RE clubs here in Toronto are that multi level $499 type membership, and it simply wreaks of being a business within itself as opposed to being a place where people passionate about real estate can meet in an organized manner.

For three years I owned a physical, real estate investment magazine called Invest With Passion, in the metro Chicago area.

Needs new ceiling fans and lights throughout, some of them are still good but a fresh look would be nice($150).

It all comes down to passion!

while i agree prices may, i don't think rent will.also, personally, i'm not a fan of mh's. financing is impossible here in my area of FL and the lot rents are expensive. tough to market that especially when you can get a sf for 30k. there are a few posters here that are heavy into them and they will be able to assist you.
